
Jennifer Grey was born March 26 in 1960. Her first film role was Reckless (1984) and she made her big break in Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986). The actress gained worldwide recognition for starring as Frances Houseman in the romantic drama film Dirty Dancing (1987), which brought her a Golden Globe Award nomination. Other feature films she has appeared in include Red Dawn (1984), The Cotton Club (1984), Bloodhounds of Broadway (1989), Bounce (2000), Redbelt (2008), The Wind Rises (2013), In Your Eyes (2014), Duck Duck Goose (2018), and Bittersweet Symphony (2019). The first credits she had on television were Murder in Mississippi (1990), Criminal Justice and If the Shoe Fits As Kelly Carter / Prudence. She also starred in the TV show It's Like, You Know which was the winner of season 11 of Dancing with the Stars. She voiced Judy Meyers in the Amazon Prime Video comedy Red Oaks. She has voiced voices in both film and television, such as Duck Duck Goose (2018) and Phineas and Ferb (2008).
